I CALLED!!!! Our case was completed yesterday!!!! 

I guess we just have to wait to hear from the embassy now... hoping that doesn't take too long!

 

Just an FYI, our NVC scan date is May 25, 2017

My scan date is may 1st it's been 11 weeks one day I have gotten nothing from Nvc when I called they told me That the file was requested And been picked up from the supervisor yesterday which is 17 July 2017 . Please any advise on this situation I'm so confused

Oh and calling between 7am-8am is the perfect time to call. Normally I have waited 15-25 minutes on hold before getting an agent, this time there was no agent, I was transferred immediately after going through the automated system.

Have you called NVC? I was told by them to call if it passed 11 weeks with no completion.

yeah, that means that there is something in your file that needs further looking into.. Could take up to 6 weeks... Have you tried sending in an expedited request?

no idea.. but i've seen it happen to other cases, my advice, submit an "expedited request". Worth trying.. All they can do is refuse you.. sorry this is happening to you..
