@simonx32002 Please update us when you receive a CC and please make sure to update the NVC 2017 spreadsheet. I'll report back when I receive an interview notification. It would be great if we crossed paths at CDJ!

London has a history of getting CC's at 8 weeks.. So you should start checking your status around July 5th. :) Hopefully sending your documents in 2 separate packages won't delay your case.  When did they receive your latest document? @ynes had sent in additional paperwork one month after their initial scan date.. They had no problems, still will was processed in the normal time of 9 weeks from their original scan date..

Oh man, I really do hope so.

NVC received my latest documents May 10, 2017 via mail. All of the other documentation (DS-260, DS-261 and all payments) was done online quickly after NVC gave notice of receiving my case (March 31, 2017).

I really hope you're right about July 5th! Will keep you posted.

Congrats to @sameerak88 for your CC!  I see from the spreadsheet that you got yours on July 7th! So not too far off from July 5th!! ;) Thanks for updating the spreadhseet.

Meanwhile, you can head over to the following forum, joining others who are waiting for an interview date and preparing for their interviews. Please read the first post, very informative info in there. See you there.

Well..if the Indian spreadsheet holds true..looks like I got 1 more week to wait (9 week average)..I pray the trend continues and I hear something soon😊.  I think the NVC wait is far harder than the i-130.  We all know that will take months, but after the initial approval of noa1..then it seems to drag... come on Case Closed😁

Hey everyone! I am not going to be calling the NVC now because it's 1 AM in Tunisia and I don't want to wake my husbands family but I just checked CEAC and I have no AOS section and At NVC. :) Scan date was May 19th! I will be calling first thing tomorrow when they open and will let everyone know what I'm told. I wish everyone here the best!

Call nvc today 07/12/17 not in review my case

So sorry, you're over 9 weeks on your second scan date. Recent cases from Honduras took 68-69 days to get their CC's. you're on day 64 so hopefully by Monday or Tuesday of next week you'll have your CC!! :) Hang in there, just a little bit longer. I would call back the NVC next Wednesday if you don't already have your CC.  Keep checking your online status.

No CC yet.. :(

Most recent case from Mexico got their CC in 65 days. You're on day 64. So hopefully no later than tomorrow for you. Keep checking your online status. Almost there. When it changes to AT NVC, then call the NVC to confirm. ;)

Congrats to you both!! Yes, great time call them right at 7am local time. Should get connected right away!!

It's still averaging 9 weeks for India. ;) Hang in there.  My advice is to not call before 9 weeks.. This ties up the lines for those trying to get their CC confirmed. Plus that hold music is just awful! heheh. . you're almost there, just 2 more weeks.. Keep checking your online status. The "under review" stuff is just a tease, doesn't really mean anything as people can be under review for 1 day up to 30+ days..

Jess and Hey, please update our spreadsheet when you get your CC's confirmed. ;)

For everyone else in this message and forum.

Starting at 8 weeks, click on the following links to check your IR-1/CR-1 visa case status:

Check My Visa Application Status

DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application

If it says "At NVC" and your AOS information is missing.. Then you most likely have a completed case (CC)... Please call the NVC to confirm.

See Example

I've discovered that the processing times may depend on the country you come from. So on our spreadsheet, sort by interview city and see how long cases from your country took to get their CC's.

If your status still reads "Action required: Submit requested documents", you can call the NVC to ask if your case is under review. But honestly, I don't see how this really makes a difference as some people stay in review for 1 day whereas others 14 days+.. And the NVC doesn't always tell you if you're under review.. I would start calling the NVC after normal processing time for your country or after 9 weeks, whatever is later..

Please update the NVC Case Status Spread Sheet - 2017  with your latest status.

  • If you have not received a CC or you are not under review, update your notes.
    • "June 22 - Morning - Called, still not under review"  (please put date first in your notes).

Here are instructions on how to edit/save the questionnaire .

If you have lost your questionnaire, you can redo it, I'll delete the duplication.
