They should get to your file soon, I see they're currently reviewing May 10-15 cases now.  My sd is 05/17 and I keep trying to call to see if it's being reviewed yet but I can't get though, too many people calling :(

Ok everyone.. I need your expertise.  This will be a bit long.. but I am extremely confused now.  I called NVC tonight and the lady said "Additional Civil documents were scanned into our case on June 27(documents included his birth certificate, passport, etc) and it can take up to 11 weeks after the final scan to get a case complete"..

But the issue is this... my scan date is May 24th and NO documents have been sent by me or my Husband since that time. The packet included his passport, birth certificate (which they say was just scanned in late june).  What could they have possibly scanned in late June?  Could she be mistaken and the recent changes in the case are really them preparing the file for review? Could the case already be in review?

She insisted that additional documents had been sent to them... but I am 100% sure everything was sent in 1 packet nearly 7 weeks ago.

...any advise or info would be appreciated thanks😊

same thing happen to my sister case. my mom send both her and mine police certificate in same package. i got a case complete june 22 and when i check her case they said that it was scan june 22 and was under review. i was telling them no it was scan from april 26 and she kept saying well your mom just send the package. i asked for a supervisor review from then.

So my case was completed on Monday and today I received a checklist for my sponsors AOS. I confused on what I'm suppose to take to the interview

Maybe asking for it to be updated with 2016 info and w2s/irs transcripts?

Dear VJ friends,

I have a question.  SD is May 30 for my hubby.  I am in the E2 employment category as is my husband through me.  However, the August bulletin retrogressed the final action dates for EB2-ROW and they will be current again in October.  Under these circumstances, do you think that I will need to wait for an October date interview even if I get cc in the next few weeks?

Thank you in advance!

Thank so for answering, I've confirmed it with the NVC now we're just waiting to get an interview date.

Do u have any update on ur case yet ? And when is ur scan date ?

hmmm. Last case from Nigeria was completed in 66 days.. you're on day 72..  What does your online status say?

Check My Visa Application Status

https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Default.aspx?App=IV

DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application

https://ceac.state.gov/iv

If it says "At NVC" and your AOS information is missing.. Then you most likely have a completed case (CC)... Please call the NVC to confirm.
