Have you conducted a search on the forum? Sorry but I don't know anything about your profile since you haven't completed your VJ profile or updated your info on our sheet. Meanwhile, you can search the forum in the upper right-hand corner of this page. ;) Wish you luck.

NVC page still says for us to submit documents. I had called and confirmed that they had received everything and they have, but it still isn't updated online for some reason... maybe this is normal?

It will be "submit requested documents" until you get CC, after CC it will change to "At NVC"

I updated my timeline now could you help me..

You'll need to read the following.  Very important info in here. Explains everything on how to complete the i864 and what is needed.

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864instr.pdf

Also, you only need to give recent employment letters if you changed jobs recently or didn't previously meet the income level to sponsor your applicant.  It'll be easier to understand what is needed if you can copy and paste your checklist on the following forum.

We had submitted pay stubs and letter of employment for both my husband (petitioner) and our co-sponsor.

Are you the petitioner? If so, just ask your new job to write you an official letter of employment stating your role, when you started your job, and salary and get two months worth of pay stubs.

I'd wait to hear what anyone else says first, they might have better advice than me as my case isn't complete yet, but that is what we did.

Thank you so much actually I am helping my husband 😊I am a beneficiary,I am collecting information so that it will be easy for us..I already got  my Checklist by NVC they said that  our i1485 form of 3page  is missing but fact is we have sent complete  form but we didn't wrote our case no in each page of form, may be they have misplaced our pages and  that time we didn't attached employment letter so thinking to attach this time so  that's why I am collecting information..thank you so much..

Yes and no lol.. my scan date is definitely may 24th.. nvc originally had my husband's name spelled wrong (Yinod not Vinod).. and that was updated on June 9th.. But no one seems to know what was done to our case on the 26th of june.  Supervisor is speculating that, possibly the same agent who updated his name on the 9th.. was checking again to make sure the change was correct in the system before it went for review.  But the supervisor assured me that no additional documents were scanned at that time.  Someone simply opened the file.  So we are all good and he also told me we should be in review by the end of this week or first of next week.
