I am praying for an interview in July, would love for my husband to be here at least by the end of July.  Let's keep our fingers crossed for a CC in early july

JessieABC, you gave me some advice a few days ago about an I-864 question, part 6, blah blah blah. 

 

Anyway, you suggested I join thos group, but I replied that there would be no point, since we hadnt gotten our I-130 approved yet.

 

Well guess what, my friend? I called today as I do every Monday to see if I might get some useful info, and found out we were approved on May 4th! 

 

So we might be joining this group afterall!

UPDATE

I GET APPROVED

7 months and 23 days

 

First of all I want to say thank you thank you thank you God for answering my prayers. It was rough when I say rough I mean ROUGH many off you know how I feel been there done that going through it now but ONE DAY it will come to an end, you all will cry  specially to the ones who are emotional like me.

 

Second I want to thanks everyone who have help me in soo many way on VJ even tho I have a lawyer and all I could have done was sit and cried for almost 8 months.

 

My husband called the lawyer and he was told we get approved.

When I asked him he said it don’t matter. Lol but to him once we get approved that all matter.

When we got approved? I don’t know

 By mail/email?  I am not sure but I believe my lawyer got the by mail.

But when I do find out which date I will let everyone know.

I can’t believe I am moving forward  on to the next steps,  NVC I am on my way , open the door and let me in.

No crying allowed and I know how you feel.  You're back and track now and we can all suffer together some more so we don't feel alone in our situations

@MD11PILOT We're both filing with the London embassy so hopefully we'll get approved around the same time.  Heard it's relatively easy-going for the London consulate.

Hi All,

 

So I sent in my packet to NVC on march.

 

scan date: march 22nd

new scan date: April 27th

embassy: Islamabad 

 

I never sent in anything besides the packet in march which included a documents n i think I didn't leave anything out or and questions unanswered.

 

Now im not sure why they have this new scan date for me.

Only thing I did ask for, by email in march was to have my embassy changed to Islamabad instead of UAE. So my first email they reviewed n March and initiated the change. My 2nd email which was the same as first. Someone reviewed it n submitted the docs that I had attached (birth n marriage cert) for proof that they are from Pakistan therefore our interview should also be in Pakistan. 

Now that NVC received those 2 document again they generated a new scan date. But they already hav those in ny original packet from March.

 

This new scan date will put me a month behind. Now I am so confused which scan date to follow for my 11 week review period🙁

 

Can anyone help me if they had been in a similar situation.

NVC will reset the scan date if there are any new documents received or any information changed.  Your scan date will be the date on which they have received all payments AND all required documentation (e.g., forms, civil documents, etc.).  When they have received everything, the review timer starts.

 

In other words, if you sent in additional documentation or if your case information was updated, the new scan date would be your "Scan Date" and you would start your 11 week count from that date.

 

I noticed you said attached.  Are you email filing?  This thread was for mail processing I guess I can add email filing to the forms for reference.  Please make sure you fill out the following form to share your progress with the rest of us
