Nope, nothing yet. Called them last Friday and the rep gave me a generic "gotta wait 9-11 weeks" response. Hopefully will get a cc next week

I called back, spoke with representative. Advised rep that document was correct. he sent email to his supervisor to "pull" file for yet another review.  Approximate time, up to six weeks.

I will call daily until it is resolved. Oh well, this is the nature of the beast.

My wife called NVC today, she was told that they started reviewing our case from 28th June. Please how many days does it take to get case complete? Because they are reviewing it.

If you look at the spreadsheet, you will see that review process usually takes a couple days. Nonetheless, there are also cases that last a couple weeks to be reviewed. Not sure what makes that difference. My anticipation is your case will be completed this week. You are so close, hang in there!
