I think we will see some May approvals very soon😊 saw one scan date today from the 24th of April and today they had their case closed.  I am praying we will see our first case in the next week or so😀.  then things in here will really get exciting😁

Love your energy. I was the same way with April. India's scan dates are getting processed in 63-65 days.. 9 weeks . You're at day 27. So if the trends continues, you should hear something by 7/26/2017.  That April 24th date was from the UK, they're processing CC's on an 8 weeks average..

SD to CC - DAYS SD to CC - WEEKS
65 9.29
63 9.00
63 9.00
64 9.14
65 9.29
63 9.00

I hear you, same for us.. On our spreadsheet, have one other case from France but we have the same scan date! hahah.

Maybe you'll find  some useful info at the following?

Hello May Scan dates. Hope all is well and you're not stressing too much.

Normally, should start seeing some CC's in May about June 29th. Possibly @JessieABC being the first as the UK cases are processing at 8 weeks. :)

If you're not already on our NVC Case Status Spread Sheet -  2017 (save this link in your browser)

Please visit the following, this will update the spreadsheet with your info.

NVC Case Status Questionnaire -  2017

VERY IMPORTANT: please keep your confirmation email to edit your status as your case moves along.. Yes, You CAN bookmark the questionnaire link but only after opening it up via email. I have no access to resend your original questionnaire to you. Here are instructions on how to edit/save the questionnaire

Thank you, JBMG

ATTENTION!!

ps.. PLEASE review column Y, "checklist requested" to make sure you didn't make the same mistake(s).. If you notice that you may have sent in the incorrect document, would advise you to send your correction ASAP!!! This happened with @ynes, the NVC got the new police report before reviewing her documents, ynes didn't have to wait another 11 weeks from their second scan date which was 5/15/2017.

Hi all!

I am doing IR1 for my wife (I am USC).

So my case at NVC has been pending for a while, I've submitted all documents on May 5th and since then my status was "We received your DS-260 on... Action required: Submit Required Documents". I've been calling NVC several times to make sure they got all documents and they said yes they have it and I have to wait up to 11 weeks.

Now I went to check my status and it says "At NVC" ("Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) that list the six steps you must take before NVC can schedule your visa interview appointment."). Does it mean that my case is NOW under review or they finished its review and it is in line for interview scheduling? How do I know when my case is complete?

Thanks for your replies!

Hi @Springrain22

Click on the following links to check your IR-1/CR-1 visa case status:

Check My Visa Application Status

DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application

If it says "At NVC" and your AOS information is missing.. Then you most likely have a completed case (CC)... Please call the NVC to confirm.

See Example

Please update the NVC Case Status Spread Sheet -  2017  with your latest status. Here is the NVC Case Status Questionnaire -  2017 which updates the spread sheet.

Here are instructions on how to edit/save the questionnaire.
