When you approach the USA CO you will be given the opportunity to have an interrupter which is free to use.  The CO does not look down on your selection if you so choose to use the interrupter.  The CO will just ask, would you like an interrupter? Your answer is either yes or no.

Wow really? I definitely didn't know that! That could help a lot! Thanks!

By the way, they never asked me to go to a 2go counter, I'm assuming they already had my address set. Am I right?

To facilitate a timely processing of immigrant visa applications, all applicants are reminded to register their delivery address online. Failure to designate a delivery address prior to your appointment date will result in delayed delivery of your passport and visa. To register online, click on the “Select Document Delivery Address” link under the Immigrant Visas section of our website (http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/). Once there, click on the appropriate link to register a delivery address for the first time, or to change an existing delivery address. If you have any question(s) on how to register a delivery address, please contact Manila’s Visa Information and Appointment Service Center at (632) 976-8500, (632) 976-8501 or (632) 976-8502.

I already registered online. It was set for delivery in my hometown which is in a province, but I'm staying in manila. I want to change it to where I can pick up in manila so I don't need to go back and fourth. Should I call the embassy or 2go for changes?

I want that job.  A professional interrupter....   .. sort of like a heckler

The embassy also provides an interpreter if you would like one.   Tagalog-, Ilocano-, or Cebuano-

You change the delivery address online  here

If you are going to pick up the visa from a 2GO office, have the package delivered to the MOA office, most times the MOA location is two days quicker for receiving your visa.

They definitely want you to speak English correct? My fiances English is fine, but sometimes she has issues with certain phrases. So sometimes I have to repeat myself.

No.  Not a big issue if your English is not that good.  You can get an interpreter, just ask the CO at the beginning of the interview, many COs speak Tagalog also.

So, even if I change the address delivery, they'll acknowledge it? Even changing my phone number? (Last two numbers were wrong, didn't realized it)

Sorry to bug you again, but a lot of people are telling me to get pdos, others told me to get gcp. I'm married to a LPR, not a citizen. Give me a light to shed in this dark please

You are a SPOUSE... you complete GCP.   You schedule for PDOS and they will not let you attend.

CFO makes it pretty clear that GCP is for spouses and fiancees.  If others are saying PDOS let them produce a link from CFO showing that spouses and fiancees attend that seminar.

The CFO link Sagot provided shows GCP is correct seminar
