Ok another question that probably has been asnwered but I can't find it. My wife is travelling back to the Philippines with her Advanced Parole with her AOS. Her passport still has her maiden name, but she has a married name (military) ID. What name should she get her ticket under...her maiden name or married name?

Greetings!

Must use the married name and support it with married certificate. If there is still time she may opt to change the valid passport with new married name...they will just stamp and put the new married name in the annotation page of the passport.

On every international flight I have been on they insist that the ticket matches the passport so if the passort is still in maiden name then so must the ticket be... for return she can show her marriage certificate to link the 2 names maiden and married....
