I had my date to send application on April 30th, sent it on time and just today May 4th my bank sent me notification that check wasn't cleared. I added funds to my checking account right away and they gave me info at the bank that they could try to cash a check again and would be cleared but I am guessing they are just disposing it right after first time if it doesn't clear. My question is what happens next. If they are giving me a second chance to send another check or just sending whole package back? Also by this what would be delay created here? Am I loosing months of the processing time just by this?

Please let me know, thank you all for your time and help!

The first time I applied, I forgot to send a check with my application. They will just return everything back to you. Once you receive all your documents and the rejection notice, print everything again and send a new check to USCIS. No problems with them rejecting it for valid reasons. It added maybe a month or so in my processing time, but do not worry about it.

Also I called a bank they said if USCIS will try to clear the check again it will go through so I called them but need to wait till tomorrow to talk with Tier 2 Officer. Hope they can just try to deposit it again instead of destroying it after fist failed attempt. Anyone had situation like that before?

They will have a time and date stamp on the documents that are returned. I believe you can re-use them, but I ended up re-printing it and sending in the application.

Thanks

You don't have to reprint your documents . Just correct the error as shown on your rejection notice . I had a similar experience and I didn't have to reprint even though the sent documents were stamped in the first application

No need to reprint anything, what you do is send it all back with the rejection notice ontop of the application and a new check.
