Getting married

Dear forum expers.
I have a question related to the DV visa. Recently I realized that I have been randomly selected for further processing in the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program for the fiscal year 2018. I have applied as unmarried (single), however I am planning to get married in the upcoming weeks with my girlfriend with who I have a relationship in around 5 years and I really want her to obtain DV visa with me. We will not have any problems with confirming our relationship is real, since we have been living and working in 4 different countries together. So the questions are:

1) Should I just have to mention her in my DS 260 form as my spouse(wife) and just go together to the interview afterwards or I have to notify someone else about the marrige?
2) My future wife also applied for the diversity visa as umarried(single), but unfortunately haven't been selected, so I am a little bit afraid of the fact that US authorities may recognize its as a fraud because she did not win a lottery and Im trying taking her with me or is it OK?

Thank you in advance for your time consuming!

If the relationship is genuine and you can prove it you will have no problem.

My recommendation:

do NOT fill in the DS260 until you are actually married. (Don't fill in as single to have to change later, and don't fill it in as though you have a spouse before you are legally married. ) When you do that, you will then also fill in a DS form for her.  This is enough that KCC will know you have a spouse added your case, and both of you will be invited to the interview. You will both have to do medicals, get police certificates etc.  Remember to take proof of the relationship with to the interview. Good luck!

Thank you very much for the reply. May I ask you, so I need to fill separated DS form for my wife or just mention her  in my own DS?

Like Emily said - every visa applicant needs to have a DS filled out. Once you add her as a derivative on yours, you will be able to fill on one for her.

Thanks Emily and Susie for your help. May I ask you last question regarding marriage certificare? When Im trying to add a spouse, system asking me to upload a marriage certificate document, however I am not sure if I need to upload original document (not in english), translated version (in english and notarized) or both? Thank you for time and willingness to help others!!!

I don't think it's critical which as the documents will be checked for veracity etc in the interview, not now. So unless it states otherwise I'd just load a copy of the original one - if you need a translation you'll have one at the interview anyway.

You need the marriage certificate to add your wife as a derivative.  The best way is a copy of the foreign certificate with a certified English translation.
