My wife submitted her AOS/EAD/AP paperwork  in July and had biometrics August 9.  Yesterday (Aug 23) the online AOS status changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview."  For those of you going through the Baltimore office, how long did you wait to learn your interview date after the case status was "ready to be scheduled"?  I am assuming the interview is many months away, but it would be nice to at least have an interview date to look forward to. - Jason

Our interview took 7 months from the date file and our Greencard arrived 8 months  after our file date.

Do you recall how long you waited for you case status to change from "ready to schedule" to "interview scheduled"?  Was the interview scheduled months in advance? - Jason

That message essentially doesn't mean much. We never even had that message and some people never get any online updates.

We went straight from case was received (for 6 months) to interview has been scheduled (2 days before we received our interview notice).  Baltimore seems to be taking about 7-9 months for interviews these days. We still have friends waiting for their interview from October Filing of AOS

K1 Green card interview today in Baltimore.   When my hubby said he was nervous, the very nice woman said not to be, our file was clean and easy.   She ws very personable and even though i couldn't answer  few questions, all was good.  She gave us the obligatory 120 day form and said we'd hear from them. Only issue we had was that hubby's physical that we submitted with the applicaion was older than a year (by 20 days), and he'll prolly have to get a new one.  She said we'd most likely get mail.

Hi guys, I just want to update. I'm from DC. I have got my card (PD 8/19/17). You can see my timeline for more information. Hope it will be hopeful if you are still waiting. Good luck!

Hi! I have a questions on green card delivery. I know that uscis is now using usps restricted delivery on green card and ead, which requires applicant's signature upon delivery, did you guys have to sign upon delivery?
