Hello! My husband and I filed my AoS end of August 2017 and according to the USCIS website, as of October 27, 2017 it’s been ready to schedule for interview. I’ve called USCIS twice about it and both times they told me that it’s still within normal processing time. I see here that people who applied around the same time we did already have had interviews or at least interview dates. I’m getting so anxious and paranoid that maybe our notice got lost in the mail or what not :(

I am a mid July 2017 filer and my husband just received his Green Card 2 weeks ago.

I would assume for you to expect a interview notice in the next 2 months. I know my husband and I received our GC before some of the June 2017/May 2017 filers so there is a little luck to who picks up your file.

Please inform us if you get any letter from them. I'll post my status when I get any update from them. Hopefully I'll get some news from them soon because I have booked a trip overseas in May 😰

We applied for AOS on 10/17 and our status was that they were sending the interview appt letter.  I've been checking every couple of weeks and now the website says "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case".   Then below it says: "We will issue our decision and mail it to you.  Any action or step you may need to take will be on your decision notice. "

Did we somehow miss our interview or is this normal?

When I checked the website for my case status, it said no information at this time and to call USCIS for additional info. The Tier 1 officer told me that their online case status service has some sort of glitch and my AoS is still waiting for an interview schedule. And then he also informed me that the processing time for family-based AoS at the Baltimore office right now is 7.5 months-21.5 months (it being closer to 21.5). So yeah, I guess we just have to wait.......

Paula, what's your filing category? We filed under F2A category and  our AOS case is with baltimore office.  I was hoping that we need to wait another 7 months but after reading your post I feel we might have to wait till next summer.
