So I have spent 6 months in the US last year and I am doing the same this year as well. Now I am officially on the lease where my I wife and I live. But I am not resident of the US. Should we enter the address as the last address we lived together. I am just visiting my wife on Canadian version of VWP for 6 months and did that last year as well.

Are you adjusting status? If not why not if currently in the USA? If you are choosing not to then no you have not lived together since you cant live in the usa on a tourist visa.
