oh ok, thank you! My screen looks the same there. that's not the screen you can use to determine if you have a CC. looks like they're back to normal now..

I can imagine your frustration/stress.. Meanwhile, try to reach out to more people from Trinidad, the more that say "you're right, no worries, you're ok", then you'll feel better.. Hopefully you'll hear back from the supervisor before tomorrow. Keep positive.

Whoah!! Great news!!! isn't the feeling amazing? !!?!?! And just in time for August dates!!

Hi, no, your AOS information is still there.

 

Click on the following links to check your IR-1/CR-1 visa case status:

Check My Visa Application Status (looking for "At NVC")

DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application ( AOS information should not be there)

 

If it says "At NVC" and your AOS information is missing.. Then you most likely have a completed case (CC)... Please call the NVC to confirm. 

 

Here an example of what your screens will look like when you have a CC.

Last case from Brazil that filed via mail took 69 days.. They're def getting faster.. so hope you receive your CC before 69 days.. You're on day 62. So hopefully you'll have your CC by end of week or early next week.. Keep checking your status daily.
