Have you tried getting a hold of a supervisor at the NVC to review the documents? It could be that they simply missed it?

Did the supervisor say that or the NVC rep? Sorry to ask again, it's just I know that it's very very difficult to get a hold of a supervisor.. They really try to avoid it at all cause..

CEAC changed today.  no more mention of 30 days wait.. now says up to 11 weeks.  strange.. I wonder if the old method of the AOS missing will still give a clue of a case closed or that will change as well

Good to know.. Been hearing a lot about the screen changing. Please share your screens from the following links..

Hi, i don't know where/how you got that screen... But here are instructions to see if you have a CC..

click on the following links to check your IR-1/CR-1 visa case status:

Check My Visa Application Status

DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application

If it says "At NVC" and your AOS information is missing.. Then you most likely have a completed case (CC)... Please call the NVC to confirm.

See Example

Hi trininurse, I have that as well! Not sure whether it is a sign of cc😔. Hope it is. As I mentioned in my previous share, my summary screen turned back into the old one with 30 days wait review period...
