Hi Eignes1009, have you had a chance to call the NVC to confirm your scan date?

Press 1, for English

Press 2, for Spanish

After pressing 1 for English, the options are:

1, to verify priority date 2, to establish an agent, request fee bill or invoice number 3, to verify that they received your mail 4, to confirm date and time of interview 5, to update your mailing address, phone number, email address 6, if your case is at a US embassy or consulate overseas 7, for all other questions

I just talked nvc 1 min ago. And she told me they already received it last April 19 and wait the status until they finish reviewing those docs

When Nvc rcvd aos and docs, that's the start of scanning?

They rcvd ours last April 19. So it means my scan date is 4/19?

Yes.  

 

The start of the 11 weeks process happens when they have your complete file. A complete file is ready for review when the NVC has received your fees, supporting documents, and ds-260.  I've updated your scan date in the link below.
