Thanks Yoel for your update on the spreadsheet. Keep us posted regarding your interview date. Keep your email confirmation, this way you don't have to redo it the questionnaire when you get your interview notification and date.

Hope so, sounds like it as your embassy is the one that has to order it... And if that's the case, wouldn't they deliver it to them, not the NVC?

From what I can understand so far, it looks like the embassy orders the police certificate, sends it to the NVC, the NVC says "yes, that is a police certificate" and sends it back to the embassy for the interview. Which seems like a lot of busy work to go through.

Well i hope not.. doesn't make any sense since the NVC is there to verify if you have the correct documentation.. If that's the only missing one.. For sure New Zealand will send the right document..

Yes, I found someone who had the exact same problem as me and it looked like they got a congressman on the US side involved to expedite things a bit. That's probably my next move

I wonder how long after verifying the CC over the phone with NVC, They will send an Email to inform the CC ?

Hello JBMG, 

I didn't received CC yet  , I check with them last Friday and no new information,  I just wonder if I need to keep calling them and ask them or in day or two after CC they will email me and there will be no need to call them  ( SD  04/19/2017)
