Sure seems like it. Called today (yesterday US time) and was given the standard "We received your files April 11, it takes 11 weeks to blah blah". Slightly concerned that people with the same scan date as me are getting quick CC's, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Yeah, you should have it any day now.. hope you get it by no later than tomorrow. They've just opened...  But i imagine if you had a CC, your status would have already been updated last night.. but you never know..

Thanks for calling and for already updating the spreadsheet. :) You're almost there. Hopefully you'll get at CC before end of next week. :)

Hello, does anyone know if there's a forum for April scan dates but for employment visas? This seems to be a family based visa forum which I think has faster processing times than employment based cases. Thanks!

No, I don't think it's faster for you at the NVC level..

Have you had a chance to look at the new spreadsheet? There are some employment visas in there.. You can sort by column "n". See blue tab in spreadsheet for instructions on how to sort..

NVC Case Status Spread Sheet -  2017 (save this link in your browser)

Please visit the following, this will update the spreadsheet with your info.

NVC Case Status Questionnaire -  2017

VERY IMPORTANT: please keep your confirmation email to edit your status as your case moves along.. Yes, You CAN bookmark the questionnaire link but only after opening it up via email. I have no access to resend your original questionnaire to you. Here are instructions on how to edit/save the questionnaire

If you have lost your questionnaire, you can redo it, I'll delete the duplication.

Just checked status and CEAC online and still no change.  I figured as much due to people with scan dates of April 18th or 19th not currently under review yet.  Probably still a bit too early for any action, but hey you never know!  I have two cases by the way.  One for my husband and one for my stepdaughter.  I am so nervous. :(

Scan date April 20th.  Hope to hear something soon.

Thanks for checking. Yeah, sometimes there are some lucky ones getting their CC's at 8-9 weeks.. Def start checking your status daily though.. you never know.. wishing you luck. :)

I hear you on being nervous.. I go through waves where I'm nervous, then times where i'm like.. "well nothing i can do about it now... "

Well they're quoting up to 11 weeks.. But on average, they're processing at about 9 weeks.. I don't really advise calling before 9 weeks. Day 63/64.. Start checking status daily online at 8 weeks (56/57days).. but calling at 9 weeks (Day 63/64)..  You're at day 62.  So you're almost there.

Oh, I am checking about 4-5 times a day. :) Lol.  I can feel it getting closer and the closer I get the more anxious I feel.

That is too funny!  I am the same way.  Super nervous and paranoid, and then relaxed.  I tell myself that whatever happens, then it happens and I will deal with it and move forward.  Have to remain strong and persevere.  Only way.

Reminds me of the USCIS stage.. I was checking several times a day daily after 6 months... Then finally one morning in month 7 when I wasn't even thinking about it, i got the text and email! with an approval!! oh I was so happy..  I imagine once I get to 8 weeks, I'll keep on checking the status.. I'm debating if i'll call in or just try to wait it out for the status change..

After following everyone's posts the past couple days, I called NVC last Friday to see if we are in review, yet, but we weren't.

Checked our status this morning, with no updates.

Called just now, because I'm an inpatient person and they told me our case has been reviewed and completed as of today.  Scan Date 04/20. I['m sooooo happy.  They will send our case to the embassy to schedule the interview, because we filed an expedite request a few weeks ago.

Hello..  Any updates? Still in review?

Click on the following links to check your IR-1/CR-1 visa case status:

Check My Visa Application Status

DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application

If it says "At NVC" and your AOS information is missing.. Then you most likely have a completed case (CC)... Please call the NVC to confirm.

See Example

If your status still reads "Action required: Submit requested documents", you can call the NVC to ask if your case is under review.  (suggest doing this at 9 weeks)

Please update the NVC Case Status Spread Sheet -  2017  with your latest status.

  • When you receive a CC or if your case is under review.
  • If you have not received a CC or you are not under review, update your notes.
    • "June 15 - Morning - Called, still not under review"  (please put date first in your notes).

Here are instructions on how to edit/save the questionnaire.

If you have lost your questionnaire, you can redo it, I'll delete the duplication.

My plan of action is to see how this week goes.  I will start calling next week.  Probably call on Monday to get a status update and go from there.  We will see what happens. :)  Hope and pray!  I just want this to be over with.
