??? ....Yesterday was only the third time I've called since they've had my documents. Once for my scan date. Once to see it it's in review . And yesterday to see if maybe something changed because I saw the new stuff on my immigrant status page. My lawyer is inquiring next week so I'll probably wait until they do.

oh ok. makes perfect sense. Hopefully your status will change to "at nvc" very soon. :-)

MINE SAYS AT NVC NOW WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?!?!?

Typically means, your case has been completed. Call NVC to confirm. What's your scan date?

APRIL 13 ITS NOT GOING THROUGH THE CALLS

I would call either at the end of afternoon or tonight. You have the same scan date as mine. Good Luck.

IF  IT SAYS AT NVC DOES THAT MEAN MY PAPERWORK WAS ALL CORRECT?

Hard to tell. The only people to confirm that will be, the reps. There has been checklists where NVC just asks for the beneficiary to correct at the interview. I would call to confirm all that.

Sounds to me that you got a CC. Which is exciting...I will be more excited for you once you confirm it.
