I am nearly beyond words. I woke up today spammed with messages from my wife. 

 

WE HAVE AN INTERVIEW DATE!!!

 

I couldn't believe it , but sure enough we got the email at 1am PST  (P4) July 18th!!! 

 

I called and confirmed CC 5/30 !!! One day shy of 7 weeks!!!

 

 

So not only did I get CC I got an interview, I can not believe this ..... its not real!

My wife just called NVC. THey told her we are in the process of reviewing your case, give us till 22nd of June. If you don't get a response till then call back. 

 

What does it mean?

Could you please confirm if they sent the email to the applicant email or the agent email ?

 

In ceac the ds261 form asks for both these email addresses .

Congratulations. I was told the same last night.  Review process can take a few days to a week or more. 

 

Just wait and call back in a few days . Not to think if checklists , I think we might get interview on same day in isloo

So it's CC'ed?  I'm worried about this caz my wife put my father in law email for agent  and I think he might miss the emails! In applicant field is my email .

 

Do you mind showing a screenshot of email fields in the email ( with emails removed of course )?

I just confirmed with my wife. The NVC representative didn't actually use the word 'review', just said its under process. I guess it means not under review yet?

 

I am so hoping for no checklists, inshaAllah it goes smoothly.

Yeah the agents don't really say it clearly sometimes. If you call again you can ask if it's in review department or not .  Hoping for no checklists . iA that'll be the case. Good luck to all of us

I do not know if my senators office helped lower my my wait time. He, however, did say it would take 8 weeks when no one else was saying anything other than 11. Our SC was April 12 and CC 5/30. 6weeks and 6days, If you are past 8 i would urge you to contact your rep at the very least they can get you new information like mine did.

how do u contact the senators office?? how does that work im so confused lol
