I'm sorry you have to go through that, checklists are the worst.  Did you forget to include the PC or did they lose it?

Wow, that is horrible.

I wish they put more care and thought into people's situations. Surely you deserve a bit speedy process if you already waited two scan-date times. It'll probably take someone 2 minutes to verify the document you sent is enough to complete your case now.

Meh.

Yes, I agree. tHIs is crazy.. If we have a checklist, if we can't bring the correction to the interview, we should at least be able to email them the correction.. They could easily have a department just dealing with processing checklists.. Would def relieve stress and get cases processed faster..  Too much stress to worry about if we get a checklist, then awful to have to endure another delay of 11 weeks.

FYI - updated the spreadsheet. I've added USCIS Priority Date. Idea is to see if somehow that affects our processing time.. I remember a rep telling me that each month priority dates open up, depending on how many they have, this could delay our cases.. But I don't think they consider our (CR1/IR1) priority dates.. But maybe they do...

if you would like to update the NVC Case Status Spread Sheet -  2017 with your USCIS priority date.. Here are instructions on how to edit/save the questionnaire

Thanks again for your contribution. :)

no, they're not expedited, simply getting processed that quickly. It's annoying that the site says if you can't fit into 1 email, send by mail. This is not true. there are applicants who sent their documents in 2 different emails.. yeah, they get an automatic check list.. but it's corrected when they find the second email. Maybe taking 2 weeks to get processed versus 1 week..

ohh i thought its due to expedite processing. thats so bad that email processing is done in 2 weeks and for mail they take 11 weeks.

Related t the question for expedited processing, Nvc Will now forward your package immediately and probably you will get an interview date soon. Basically your package won't be reviewed by Nvc

Now another question sending documents by mail or email to Nvc , will change the waiting time, like email will be faster ?
