This error message appears when I try to check. I'm pretty sure that I have entered it correctly about 100 times. but still this message comes. can someone help me with this? anyone to contact with regard to this?

Hi,

I have the same issue, and I'm sure I have all entered correctly.

I created an account just to post about this. I am a control freak so I know I already checked 100 times before entering my application and that every detail is correct. I have with me the PDF of my confirmation. i tried copy-pasting and then manually typing the info to check my status and I get this error every time. What is going on???

Also I tried several browsers just in case: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari.

 

I have no idea how this is possible. I religiously enter every year, this is the first time this happens.

hi i also suffer from  this problem from yesterday i just enter confirm number and the same note information is not valid how it can be if the system didnt accept this info why it showa us confirm number and digitial signature pls help us to solve this

Same here. I've applied for 7 people only 2 of them gave me the result. When I validate the confirmation number it says information I've provided is wrong. Either they screwed up or still the case site doesn't work properly.

hey guys, have you uploaded new photo or old/same as in for DV2017? Many people (including me) who used old photo says on other forums that they have same problem "The information entered is not valid."

You might be right  I used old photo for those profiles which i am getting error.

this may be the case then, apparently there was an official info September last year that those with old photo will be disqualified

Do you have the link for this info? I did use the same photo as for the DV lottery 2017. Which requirements changed?
