Ok, all your documents were submitted, but have you or your mom received letter, that your case is complete? If yes, then you should call to NVC and ask about your interview date, cause they already started issuing it.

no . we recieve message last oct . my visa is not current . then until now i dont recieve anything from there .  then  this january isee visa bulletin is current .  we paid all the ivprocess all all i need is intrrview and visa my case is f2a spouse children under 21 yrs old unmerried child

After you submit all docs and pay fees, NVC takes time to review your case(it takes ~1,5-3months),  then if all is well you get a Case complete letter and only then you wait for your Interview letter.

My advice, call NVC and ask about your case, was it completed? When NVC received your docs? And when your interview will be scheduled?

Don't wait, just call to clarify.
