It's confusing, it seems like it only pertains to K12, but I'm visa spouse so I couldn't find it around here

The requirements for cfo are the same. Some people have done it without a passport, others have tried and failed. So it's a little luck.

Thousands have completed CFO w/o passport and received their certificate for later when they must return with their passport. So yes you can take CFO without your passport. Certificate can be used for the insertion of your CFO sticker once you have your passport at any CFO location; Manila, Cebu, Clark-Pampanga or NAIA locations.

There is nothing "last" till you attain USC. But of course after USC is getting your PI citizenship back (dual) and then it's "last". 3-5 more years to go. Breath deeply.

Hi, is it ok to have a CFO seminar if you don't have a passport? I want to take a seminar a day after the interview.

No issue for spouses and fiancees to complete the GCP seminar without a passport.  Get it done and have the certificate, then swing by later once you have your passport with visa to get the sticker.

Visa chase and citizenship.. DONE!

Thanks for the response, I'm trying to fill up the online appointment scheduling, is it ok if I leave the visa blank?

Yes.

You are on the GCP page and not PDOS?    Just verifying... :)

I'm sorry, I have no idea. I just clicked around but I'm not on my computer right now and on mobile. I probably am probably on gcp.

PDOS won't let you schedule appt without the visa in hand, so you were probably on the GCP website.

NO.   You are GCP.   Follow the link I provided

Interview should be a breeze if you are prepared.  Only lasted about 3-5 minutes. :)
