Hi, i received a letter from NVC saying that my I-129F petition from U.S. ( USCIS) is approved...

" The NVC will now forward the petition to the US Embassy of Consulate in Manila. Please note the transfer process can take several weeks. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiance(e) when they are ready to process his or her petition."

Questions are the following:  1. How many weeks usually it takes for the person being petitioned receives it? 2. What is usually a point of contact ( Text or Email or Packet Deliver to the address? 3. I researched and they said it is just a list of scheduling instructions, we have the Case # already, it is on my paper and we have researched and also have a list of documentation required for the interview, should we just go ahead and schedule an interview and medical while waiting for that Contact issue to come?
