Hello Vjs, I'm new here filing New 2017 version  form I-130 , i have some question on part 5 page 8 Other information , i have been maried on 2001 and file before for my  ex wife e son , do i need put my son name on line 2a and ex wife name on line 6a? I appreciate any help. Thanks.

from my understanding,on  2a you put the beneficiaries that you previously petitioned. if itsmore than one beneficiary, that means you need extra space (use part 9: additional information)

if you are currently petitioning someone else beside the beneficiary named on that I130, then write their info starting from 6a.

➺ 06/29/18 Medical Check (a week later the RS.Premier Bintaro sent the result to US Embassy)

➺ 12/16/18 Point of entry: Houston

Ok thanks i didn't realise the line 6a on page 8 is only for recent filed petitions , I forget to ask one more question on my previuos post  , is related to sponsor, i will need cosponsor , my friend offer  to be the cosponsor but he has 3 dependents plus hinself is 4 and plus my wife 5, how much money he needs to make to be the cosponser on this case cenario. The money earns 

is before taxes ou after taxes ?

Can you Please give  to me advice on this part (information about your parents)  my father died a long time ago, on line 28 ask for city of residence , and 29 country of residence, do i just list his last residence or list the last residence plus write deceased .

Another question i try to find o Vj but has a lot controversy answers , pag 6 line 24, Information about beneficiary!s family, I am the US petitionary filling to my wife, do I write my name on this section or leave blank?

How many photos i need to send on  new  2017  I-130 form and I-130A form package?  The USCIS check list says 2  beneficiary photos, and most cover pages on VJ says 1 petitioner photo and 1 beneficiary photo .

You mean 2 petitioner photos and 2 beneficiary photos ? Where i can find this information on USCIS I-130 form instructions?

Hello vjs, i need help , my question is do  I need send the  I-130 + I-130A + I-485 forms together ? the fees for I-130 and I-485 are need to send on separed checks?

I am US citizen and me and my  spouse both live in US, she entered on US whit B2 visa, ovestay and we get married , can anybody send to me a cover letter sample, thank you.

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
