As I'm sure you know from your experience in other parts of the world, salads actually have vegetables in them, more than just one or two drenched in unhealthy dressing. As I'm sure you know from your experience in other parts of the world, salads actually have vegetables in them, more than just one or two drenched in unhealthy dressing. Oftentimes just a little bit of lemon juice(ok alot of lemon), olive oil and some salt do just fine. What a concept.
