Please let me know if this all looks good, I'm ready to submit, but I'm tired and would like a second pair of expert eyes please (update - the USCIS mailing address below is for the UPS/Fed-ex address, USPS goes to lockbox instead):

Thank you for your time and consideration, we appreciate your hard work towards our future together.  Please find the enclosed packets pertaining to my applications for I-485 (AOS), I-765 (EAD), and I-131 (AP):

 

1.)      My I-485 (AOS) Packet includes the following forms and supporting documentation:

·         Check/Payment, in the amount of $1225.00 for:

·              - $1140.00 – I-485 application fee

·              - $85.00 – Biometrics fee

·         G-1145 – e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

·                - Attached copy of Certificate of Eligibility for Exchange Visitor Status to indicate Applicant’s previous 2016 visit to U.S. on J1 Visa was for Summer Work and Travel, and show that applicant was not subject to two-year residence requirement

·         Copy of Applicant’s Passport K1 Visa Page & I-129f notices/documentation:

·   Copy of I-797C (NOA 1) - from original I-129f

·   Copy of I-797 (NOA 2) - from original I-129f

·   Copy of NVC Letter to Spouse – from original I-129f

·   Copy of DS-160 – from original I-129f

·         I-94 – Electronic Copy of Applicant’s most recent I-94

·         Copy of Birth Certificate & Receipt Forms (Applicant)

·         Copy of Social Security Card (Applicant – SS Card from previous visit as J1)

·         Certified Marriage Certificate

·         Copy of DS-3025 Vaccination Worksheet (also indicates blanket waiver from I-693 requirement) and receipts

·   I-864 – Affidavit of Support Sub-packet – including the following forms and supporting documentation:

·         I-864

·         Supporting evidence:

                Employment Verification Letter

                6 months of recent pay stubs

               IRS-issued tax return transcripts for 2016, 2015, and 2014

·   Proof of Sponsor’s U.S. Citizenship:

          2 Passport-style photos

          G-325A (Sponsor)

          Copy of Birth Certificate

          Copy of Passport Biographical Page

 

2.)      My I-765 (EAD) Packet includes the following forms and supporting documentation:

·         I-765 - Application for Employment Authorization

·         Copy of Applicant’s Passport Bio Page

·         Copy of Applicant’s Passport K1 Visa and Entry Stamp

·         Copy of Applicant’s Birth Certificate and Receipts

·         Copy of Applicant’s SS Card from previous 2016 US visit as J1

·         I-94 - Electronic copy of most recent I-94

·         Copy of I-797 (NOA 2)

·         Certified Marriage Certificate

 

3.)      My I-131 (AP) Packet includes the following forms and supporting documentation:

·         I-131 - Application for Travel Document

·         2 Passport Photos

·         Copy of Applicant’s Passport Bio Page

·         Copy of Applicant’s Passport K1 Visa and Entry Stamp

·         Copy of Applicant’s Birth Certificate and Receipts

·         Copy of Applicant’s SS Card from previous 2016 US visit as J1

·         I-94 - Electronic copy of most recent I-94

·         Copy of I-797 (NOA 2)

·         Certified Marriage Certificate

 

Eligibility – my eligibility is based on my admission as the fiancé of a U.S. Citizen, on <date goes here> and subsequent marriage to that citizen within 90 days of entry, on <date goes here>.

 

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.

Additional note from Sponsor regarding I-864 – Affidavit of Support

 

To Whom it May Concern:

 

I fully understand and accept the liabilities and responsibilities I’m undertaking by signing the attached 864 Affidavit of Support.  I understand that I am financially responsible for the applicant, and that by signing this affidavit, my responsibility continues until she can acquire 40 hours (forty 3 month quarters, approximately 10 years) of work experience here in the United States.  I also understand that it remains my responsibility to notify USCIS of any address changes immediately (within 30 days) throughout the duration of my obligation.

Thanks, appreciate your response very much.  They received our application according to fed-ex tracking on Tuesday morning, awaiting check to be cashed and that wonderful acceptance email/text now 🙏
