My fiancee has been having problems completing the application. Everyone she advances the site keeps stating that she left certain areas blank when she completed them and saved them previously. This is delaying our overall process. How does she get passed this? Thanks. Specifically, it keeps showing the screen marked "Previous Work/Education/Training Information" blank even when she has filled in and completed the area 10+ times already.

It sounds like a computer issue.  I would suggest using a different pc.  Have you tried filling it out for her?  I'm betting that fixes the issue.  Good luck!!

Wow, I just tried it on my computer and ran into the exact same problem. Crazy thing is, even when I saved it on that screen, clicked on continue application, it sent me back to that screen and all of the information was there. I thought great. Then as I proceeded to go through the rest (every other page was saved and completed) I went back to that page, and it not only ended up blank again, but the only two questions after "NOTE: Provide your employment information for the last five years that you were employed, if applicable.

"Were you previously employed? Error" "Have you attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above? Error"

Then that's it. Is there some sort of bug or glitch? Also, I tried this on Google Chrome.
