I am a permanent resident in the US.. My surname on the philippine Passport has my married name whereas my green card has maiden name on it .I have applied for name change on the green card,but yet not received 
I will be travelling to Philippines and would like to know whether this would create issues and also wanted to know what documents i need to carry for this please give me some suggestions .I will be travelling on july

I would definitely have a copy of your marriage certificate as well as any other documents that prove that you are now married. Also a drivers license (state issued ID card) with your MARRIED name on it will be very helpful.  I would also carry bank statements and any official mail from a government agency bearing your married name.  Any federal/state tax returns and your social security card will be helpful. I know this is a lot to carry but given the volatile political situation both here in the USA as well as the Phillipones, you simply cannot be too careful.

 

I really hope you get your green card with your married name on it soon.

I think that that might be a bit overkill, and potentially putting yourself in a vulnerable position should you lose any of those dox.
