Thank you everyone for the help, this group help me a lot to gathered all my evidence and hopefully no RFE. Attached is the picture of my package.

Not sure how many pounds is this but I dont mind the cost since my goal is not go get any RFE. Below is the list of of evidences:

Exhibit F:

·         Letter from my spouse explaining why I’m not on the Apartment Rental Agreement

·         Copy of my Credit Score with highlighted month as supporting document on my spouse letter of explanation why I’m not on the Apartment Rental Agreement

·         Copy of Apartment Rental Agreement, me and my spouse mother listed as my spouse immediate family

·         2 months’ copies of apartment invoice addressed to both our name as proof that we live and pay the rent together

·         Copies of our Joint account bank statements from 2014 to present (2017) with listed transactions as a proof that we both pay all the bills (ConEdison, Cellphone, TimeWarner Cable, Apartment rent and groceries) from our pay checks which were also credited on the said account

·         Copy of our Merrill Edge CMA (Cash Management Account) Reference Letter as a proof of our joint account asset with month and year of account opening

·         Copies of our Merrill Edge CMA (Cash Management Account) statements from 2015 to present (2017)
