So I am confused what to do for Part 4 Question 57 on writing the Name in a foreign language (I-130 Form).

Now my name is an Indian Name and in its original format does not have Roman Letters.

However I do not know how to write or speak in any other Language besides English. Should I have my name still written in the Indian Language?

Thank You

Are you an Indian citizen? If so, I would write it in the Indian language to be on the safe side.

Your's profile shows Canada. If you are a Canadian citizen; then I would just put it in english.

I am a Canadian Citizen, but I did have an Indian Citizenship as a child. But never lived in India.
