I was just looking at your timeline and I was just wondering about your dates. Looks like you were approved on 8/22/2015 then received your 2 year green card 09/09/2015 but you applied for ROC in 05/01/17 so well before the 90-day window. 

 

What's the date on your Green Card?

Jul 17th too, those dates were wrong, I corrected them

NO I did not I paper file and mailed my I-751 and it took a little over a year to get everything

So if your case was EAC17229 then today is day 386 (just based off of your case number til now)  and if you look at our VSC spreadsheet the longest wait between NOA date and approval is 400 days. 
You're still on par with most May filers! I really hope you get an approval soon!

LOL I don't think that calculation is accurate since more of the EAC171229 NOA before and after my NOA were approved already and even NOA prior EAC171229 are still waiting. I don't know how USCIS process application but it seems to me they checked cases randomly, they don't follow numerical sequence.
