By the way did you include in the fastener your I-751 form? Or you just separate it too like the other response on this thread?

I punched the I-751 form and included it in the acco fasteners, too.  I looked at a lot of old threads and others did the same.  I couldn't find any post saying they got an RFE or were denied for punching holes at the top and following instructions.

I-751 sent 05/01/17

delivered CSC 05/03/17

check cashed 05/11/17

NOA arrived 05/13/17 dated 05/03/17

We sent ours with a return signature card. They still stamp the card with the date received and "CSC" even though its a P.O. Box. I wanted to make sure that they got it.  Ours was stamped May 2nd. Check is not cashed yet and no response yet. From what I can tell CSC is taking around two weeks to cash check and send NOA1.

3. Is it better to create an account online for my application? If i do create an account will I still receive a notice from our mail and at the same time to my email?

For us:  we sent ours May 1st, with a return card required. That came back in the mail quickly, May 3rd.  Package arrived at CSC May 2nd. Money order posted to the bank May 10.  NOA1 in our mailbox May 12, with a May 3 NOA1 date. Stay tuned...  😁

Joining the ranks of May 2017 ROC filers! Sent our packet of documentation in to the California service center today, May 15, expected to arrive by Wednesday the 17th.
