Question- those with ROC pending and filing N400 under 3 years of marriage,  did your spouse attend *this* biometrics appointment?  I, the spouse,  would go but getting flack from work about the time off with short notice.

We don't want to change the appointment to further out  because we want to get this over with yesterday! 🤣

You as the spouse don't have to attend the biometric appointment.  That's all about your spouse and HIS application, nothing to do with having to prove your relationship, so you're good to not miss work.  :)

Filed online for N/400  late night (Wednesday, May 8 ) ,  got notice for biometrics (Saturday, May 12) , that the Biometrics appointment was sent out.

The letters/receipts from USCIS appear in the Documents section, but might take 2-3 days to pop-up, so I don't see the biometric letter there yet .

My only concern now is -- Does Chicago actually do the combo interviews? Currently estimated time completion for my N400 after online filing shows -->crazy 15 months, I wonder if they actually would combine the cases. I hope it will change, since both forms are pending... Is there anybody with good example of Combo interview in Chicago?

Same question here...I filed N400 in April while waiting for my I751. Will it delay my I751 processing??? Can anyone help?

Well after almost a year received today notice  that the USCIS has received your form and is currently processing !! ( Pic attached).

so i'm not sure what does this mean  ? was my form on hold the whole last year and just processed ? I did call USCIS and they said it's normal process and you form arrived to your local office and might ask for interview! is it normal to have an interview for the form I-797C ?

Also just wanna make sure when I suppose to file N400 ? 3 years form the day of marriage or 3 years from being green card holder ? I'm Resident since 8/22/15 as it's written in my expired Green card.
