I believe they will conduct maintenance to fix the problem:

MAY
04

Tools Outage

USCIS will conduct system maintenance on Sunday, May 6, 2018, from 5 a.m. until 6 p.m. (Eastern).

Can you please show us where they specifically tell us that they are going to fix the issue where we are unable upload files as evidence?

Like I said,. Relying or hoping that a government will work to fix your specific issue in a timely manner is a little too optimistic for me.

I would honestly be impressed if they fix that issue. My guess is that they won't.

you can see the information that I posted on their website uscis.gov. they did not mention to fix any specific problem but given it's a maintenance then the problem should be fixed, if not you can call their customer service again and raise your concern.

Hi May filers! My I751 just got approved today. Priority date was May 2, 2017. Filed with VSC. I was following this website for months and it really helped me to get through the long waiting time. So hang in there. Approvals are coming. Oh and by the way I applied for n400 in mid April and still waiting to hear back. So don’t worry and apply for citizenship even if you don’t have I751 approved. It doesn’t slow anything down.

Congratulations!!! At least you have the I751 out of the way now... so you can focus in N400.

I applied for my N400 3 days ago and they sent me a message to take action last night (so weird they do it overnight). It was my biometricts appt. I havent gone to check the mail yet or my uscis account on line but I will comment when I learn my appointment's date.

Jose V, do u have any problems uploading any evidence when u apply? Mine didn’t  have “save evidence “button, it’s 100% uploaded but when I log it out and log in back I couldn’t see the evidence that I uploaded

Hi SSM. I am sorry it took me a while to reply, I had a hectic day yesterday. I didn't have any issue other than it was a little confusing the way they do it but way better than the manual application.

I didn't see any "save evidence button". I think it shows that it was uploaded 100%.. thats it. They you move on to upload the next document.

Also once I finalized my application and submitted it, I could go back to my receipt (they give it to you right away so you can track it) and check all your uploads. All of mine were there.

I honestly don't think they will let you submit without evidence or at least they will give you a warning. Like the warning they gave me for not serving in the US army (or in the list to be drafted)... when I was 18-26 years old. I couldn't because I was a non inmigrant international student.

No worries , thanks for your reply.Yesterday afternoon one of the member here posted that she log in on her account and the evidences that she was uploaded was showing so I checked mine and it did, thank  God. Finally I submitted my application yesterday. Hopefully USCIS will send me actual receipt next week .

Good Luck to all of us filing N400, my  FO is Helena MT, it says 5-12.5 months processing.

@NeedMoreCoffee and @Lemon23

In case you didn't see my other post just before this, looks like a major overhaul is going on that could be catastrophic for people that still have a draft for their N400. So yeah they're going to fix things but if don't clear out a pending application by May 18th people could lose their hard work. didn't know if you wanted to share this to other groups

"Maintenance" is complete and it still looks like we are unable to save our evidence after we submit it. Can you confirm?

Hello,

We applied in MAY 2017 (for my wife) to remove conditions on residency, shortly after she got a letter for her biomertrics appointment, however we have not heard anything since then, and now its almost a full year.

I went online to check her case status, and to my surprise it says

"Case Was Received At My Local Office

On February 26, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxx, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.:"

That is the status I get when I check the first of the two  application numbers on the FORM I-797C (NOTICE OF ACTION) form, the number that starts with I751-WACXXXXXXXX. However, when I check the other number that starts with CRI89-WACXXXXXXXX, it says

"Case Was Received

On May 5, 2017, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number WAC1715650652, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by June 4, 2017, please call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

Did anyone experience this also and can anyone make any sense of this?

ANY SUGGESTIONS WHAT TO DO?

Thanks a lot I appreciate any help
