It also says this

"The first phase will affect documents that need to be re-mailed because they have been returned as non-deliverable. "

I am reading it more carefully now! You are

right. They begin “ phasing” and this is only first phase that affects the items that need to be re-mailed. So it does not affect majority of cases. Thanks for posting it!

Hello everyone.

I submitted inquiry about my case due delay of not receiving any status update. I got letter from USCIS about status.

Has anyone else got the letter about same situation?

I am in the same situation, basically they just said they are still reviewing the case and nothing new updated. CSC here.

Is there any updates after checking the website saying:

Case Was Received At My Local Office

On April 9, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EACxxxxxxxxxxxxx, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

It looks like the latest news for USCIS says , that you have to be present , when your Greencard is delivered, give your signature and present ID. At the website they recommend to track the delivery with USPS Informed Delivery option.

This is only applicable for applicants that sent AR-11 known as change of address while the application is still in process. If you did not change your address then it should be fine.

They would prefer you do it 30 days prior that's what they told me when I had mine done.

your status is extended 1 year from the expiry date of your current GC not on the date of your extension letter.

Hi All,

is anyone thinking about applying for citizenship early this month?

I am almost ready... maybe will hit the button tomorrow.

I will become eligible very soon in May, and then will apply.
