Sorry, my bad. I just read the rest of your message. You should be good to go, then. Get a stamp in your passport during your appointment which will extend your residency for another six months

Hi guys,

I received my NOA letter on May 15, 2017. My conditional GC expired on July 30, 2017. Is my one year extension till May 15, 2018 or July 30, 2018? I live in Minnesota. It is very tough to find an infopass appointment here. I have luckily found an infopass appointment in Iowa on April 30, 2018. Will the officer stamp on my passport for extension even though I will be two weeks from the date on NOA letter? Anyone with similar experience?

Thanks,

Your one year extension is until July 30, 2018. Not sure if they will stamp your passport considering you'll be 2 months out from expiration of that letter. You might be better off scheduling an appointment in July. If you have issues finding an infopass appointment availability try looking online between midnight-5am. Early hours seem to help "refresh" the schedule.
