May filers,

Do you guys have a google sheet of the processing time of the applicants? I’m a June filer but I keep checking on April and May threads to understand where the progress has been!

Someone said they are looking at March filers, so maybe two to three months away?

Currently hubby is 10 months out from application for Roc. Since they have received our documents so long ago, do you think they would still consider a request for evidence, rfe? Or are we beyond that by now?

We sent numerous bills in both of our names, checking accounts, bank account. As well, multiple photos of us together, with my children. What we don't have is a rental agreement, or homeowners agreement or loan together. I was buying my home before he and I met, and just to get my ex-husband off the loan I would have to pay $400 for the mortgage company to review the case, and even then they might not take him off of it is what they said. I do have a quit claim form filled out, signed by him and accepted by the county. My bank says they wouldn't consider refinancing my home because my husband does not have a permanent green card.

We don't have children together, I'm physically unable to carry. But we are going through IVF together. I did send proof in forms of emails from our agency and our fertility clinic of our plan and treatment. Do you think this is good proof of a bona fide marriage?

... or do you think we we'll have issues with our evidence?

You most likely wouldn’t get an RFE until they look at your file. Right now, we are all sitting in a big stack of ROC files waiting to be reviewed.

Looks like you’ve sent a lot of proof, so you should be ok. Fingers crossed. :)
