been checking it too every day!  more than twice a day. :D

 

Just a quick question, I  was reading in some forums, is it true that cases transferred to local offices might get interviewed?

 

and, roughly, if there's an rfe when do they normally send it? A month before? two months? this is for VSC since I know CSC has a diff processing time.

Now that USCIS updated their i-751 processing times to 12-15 months I think i'm gonna have to get my Australian passport renewed in case i need the i-551 stamp. The problem is that I have to apply in person at my nearest embassy which is 5 hours away in Washington DC. <_< Guess i'm going on a road trip lol
 

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

well, go to DC and enjoy the cherry blossom while you are renewing your passport there,  you wont regret it :D

We've been to DC a few times over the last 4 years. Lovely place, terrible drivers! :D

We were just in DC and we spend the night last Sunday...Just find a parking garage (spot hero) near where ur embassy at and never have a problem worrying about finding a parking space and changing quarters... georgetown is a short cab or metro ride.. or if ur up to it walking is good too ☺️

Hi, its been quite a while since i logged in and I'm checking back hoping to see some progress in this seemingly interminable wait...

 

I'm also eligible to file N-400 in a few weeks so I'm weighing up whether to file or not. 

 

Is the spreadsheet tracker for I-751 still up and running?

I wasn't planning to apply for N-400 before, but with recent changes I am thinking of applying when the Window opens.  Is any one else thinking about filing N-400 ?

 

My 2 yr GC says "resident since"  on 07/07/2017, so my three yr anniversary is 07/07/2018, so the earliest filing for me is 04/08/2018. 

I-751 Timeline:

I-751 filed at VSC                 : 05/08/2017

USCIS Received                  : 05/09/2017

Check Cashed                     : 05/18/2017

NOA1 Receipt Date             : 05/10/2017

NOA1 received                     : 05/20/2017

Biometrics letter Received  : 06/10/2017 - Appointment for 06/23/2017

Biometrics Walk-in               : 06/12/2017 - biometrics completed

DMV license renewed         : 06/12/2017 - 1 year extension from greencard expiration 

I-751 Approved                    : 06/06/2018

 

N-400 Timeline:

Paper filing received at USCIS              : 05/24/2018

N400 notice to create online account   : 05/30/2018

N400 NOA                                                  : 06/02/2018

N400 Biometrics                                       : 06/21/2018

N400 Interview                                          : 09/19/2018

I had planned to file for my n-400 on April 19 which is day 1 of my eligibility window but my husband's job site closed down so I am going to hold off until he finds a new job then I plan to file online!

October 2017 filer here. 100% going to file for N-400 if they cant get my case to a decision before I am elegible to file for N-400.  Im already getting all the paper work together :D

They like to create more work for themselves.
