Filed 5/15 @ CSC

NOA1 received 5/22

NOA2 received 5/27 with Biometrics appointment scheduled for 6/06

 

I was not expecting the NOA2 to arrive so quickly so it was a nice surprise. Happy Memorial Day to everyone! <3

So exited for you guys it was faster than expected, I have the same filing date but still haven't gotten my bio appointment yet, I received my NOA1 first tho (5/20/17), I hope Ill get it next week.. Congrats, Happy Memorial Day weekend.

Hi all! I am glad there is a May 2017 roc thread. I sent my application on May 11th and today I received my biometrics for June 06 as well.

 

I will keep updating my progress.

I went to the USCIS website to make sure I was using the right site to check status and it takes me back to myUSCIS.

Mine kept showing an error too. Though, today I received my bio appt and it shows 2 WAC numbers on it. Not sure why, so i entered the second WAC receipt and I was finally able to see my case status. Have you received your bio appt notice yet?

Don't forget to update the spreadsheet, it's helpful for May filers and helps later months as well. Thanks and here's to fast approval. Hopefully some more bio letters next week.

I am getting a little bit nervous now. We filed at May 1st and still no biometrics. First I was thinking, it is just a Florida thing but now I see Florida people who filed after us getting their biometrics already.

We´ll be out of town for 10 days, I just hope it won´t arrive in this timeframe and if so that we can re-schedule the biometric appointment....I thought ROC will be anxious-free compared to the I-130 but I guess it is not. :-(

Talking about being nervous. We mailed ours on 5/9, received by CSC on 5/11, check cashed on 5/17, and have not received anything. No NOA1, no bio, nada. zip.
