Just looked into making an infopass for our local office:

just like Jacksonville, Florida we are off to Fort Myers.

My wife's I-751 was filed on May 2017 at CSC. Been waiting for it to be approved after biometrics  but no luck. There was no movement at all. Seems like her file was stucked at CSC.  By May 2018 we filed the N400. On Dec. 21 2018 we received a letter that the I-751 had been transferred to NBC at Lee Summit in MO. Yesterday I checked her case status . An interview date  for the N400 at the local USCIS office in San Jose  has been scheduled on Jan 10  for Feb 15, 2019.

I filed N-400 in late May 2018. My stamp expires in March, so I will be calling USCIS in a few weeks to make an appointment. It’s pretty easy and they call you back with a time and a date within a few business days.

Call USCIS and they connect you with a scheduling team at SFV office

Infopass completed on Monday (Fort Myers) one year stamp. I was able to keep my green card (she cut the corner) because you have to hand it in at your N400 interview , I was told. She said my files are combined and the N400  usually takes about a year from filing, so June 2019 was the estimate. All in all , a pleasant experience. Fingerprints and photo again. What's a new year without biometrics? haha Happy 5th anniversary of marriage and paperwork on January 15th.

Nice! Congrats!  We haven't yet heard back, more than the 72 hours they told us, nor have we heard back from any congress person, or their team (no surprise for either).  We have to keep trying though, because his green card extension expires in 2 weeks, and with his aging mother, he NEEDS to be able to leave the country!    "What's a new year without biometrics? haha"  haha  I agree!  Happy anniversary also.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will be phasing out self-scheduled InfoPass appointments in an effort to push applicants towards online resources. If individuals still wish to schedule InfoPass appointments they need to first contact the NCSC and speak with a customer service representative. If a customer service representative cannot resolve the issue, the individual will be transferred up to a USCIS officer. If the USCIS officer cannot help the individual, only then can the individual schedule an InfoPass appointment.
