Hey all, it's been a while since I've posted in here.  Just wanted to pop in and say that after over 15 months of waiting, we finally received an approval!  Without an interview as well!  And now on to the next and final step of the immigration journey.

Ideally all may filers should get approved by the end of this month (VSC) ,if you don't you might have to submit a query for case outside normal processsing times. Hopefully they'll keep it moving so the processing times don't take such a long time!

I got a status update on 9/12 stated "New Card is Being Produced". It's been 2 days, and the status hasn't changed and the approval letter has not arrived.

 

Anyone experienced this? How long did it take between "New Card is Being Produced" and actually having the card in hand?

 

*Case was transfer from California to Vermont center a couple of months ago.

You have to wait for the card mailed out notification. You approval notice will come soon since it is mailed separately, 1-2 weeks from the time you got approved.

Hey guys, the wait is finally over for me. I’m so happy and relieved! Just received a text that my case was updated, checked the app and it says approved.

 

Info:

*Case was received May 30th 2017

*CSC filer

*No transfer (except the glitch that my case was transferred to my local office which I called a tier 2 about and it wasn’t true)

*Did not apply for citizenship

*WAC17243xxxxxx

Hey everyone. I just saw that I have an RFE. I am may 17 filer WAC17238...

 

I just saw it on the case tracker, I haven't actually read the letter. I work in music and tour all the time and won't actually be home until Mid November. Do you know what the time limit is on the letter and getting further evidence to them?

 

I was divorced in December 2016 so filed with a waiver as we are no longer on speaking terms. I can't even remember what I sent the first time so I have no idea what I could be missing. If anyone has been through an RFE, please can you help. I'm so worried now that I will be rejected :(
