Did your case get transferred to NSC,VSC or TSC ? They usually don't process cases in the order that they are received. Hang in there, you should be approved within the next 2 weeks IMO !

My prediction is that come September , CSC should get to processing June 2017 filers

Nope her case never got transferred. Hopefully you are right.

Hi,

i havent been very active here but wanted to give an update on my case. I filed for the removal of my conditions early May 2017. My case hasn’t updated since biometrics. However in May 2018 I filed my N400 and I had my interview yesterday and I passed. They said they will close out my I-751 first in the next 2 days and then approve my citizenship. Now I just have to wait on my oath ceremony.

Good luck everyone! Also my suggestion is to go and file your N400 as this is mainly dependent on local USCIS office leadtime not the central offices. Which in my case was a lot quicker.

Congrats! I am glad the N400 wrapped up pretty quickly for you guys.

Unfortunately, for us, it's a 17 to 20-month wait for N400. Ours shows 21 months on dhg.gov website. lol

I feel like this is an important video about USCIS and everyone should be careful.

Thanks for the YT video.

Scare tactics that immigration lawyers are known to employ to make money. If that St. Louis USCIS office is really doing what he said they are doing, what difference does it make if you hire him to file on your behalf? You're still going to get bombarded with questions and requests to see the "original documents" whether or not you have an immigration attorney represent you. So why need them?

I agree with you totally about the Lawyer. I posted the video just for the questions they asks. I myself neve appointed a lawyer since I cane to USA. But I’ve heard from many friends that the questions they ask and requirements become super rediculous lately.

Thank you. They only interviewed me for the N-400 and it was super easy. They went over the file verifying some of my answers. Then I had to read a short basic sentence and write another basic sentence. Then the 10 questions from the test which they stopped after 6 right ones. And that was it, maybe 10-15 min long.

Hello VJ Friends,

I have a very important questions. Anyone of you had his/her case of I751 (Lifting Conditional Status) transffered into (Texas Office) who has jurisdiction over the case?, Did you get approved with or without interview? Anyone hear anything after the case is transfered to whatever office?

Please share with us your experience after your case has been transfered into another office who has jurisdiction over the case.

Thank you everyone

You are all ROCK :)

"the post office almost lost my card."

saturday 25th at 10.01am the card arrived at my local post office.{had a tracking number}

saturday 25 at 2.45pm they updated the card  as being undeliverable due to wrong address....

"August 25, 2018, 2:45 pm
Unable to deliver item, problem with address
...............Texas."

i didn't see the update until saturday night at 11am neither did i sleep til monday morning.

went to the post office by 8.30am first one inline. they couldn't trace the mail said something was wrong with the address they didn't give anymore information. i went to a different post office and asked to confirm my address and the address was right the nice lady even print a copy to show me nothing is wrong with the address.

12.30 pm went back to the post office where the mail was delivered and told them to find the mail because the address was correct got the same answer that the mail was sent back they do not keep "undeliverable mail" at this point they have already updated the uscis site that the "post office determined the card is undeliverable and i can send the e-request to have the card mailed again. so at 1pm upset and defeated i send the request to have the card resent. at 1.30 pm the supervisor from the post office call to apologise and said to check my mail box the mail has been delivered and it was a "human error. "

'August 27, 2018, 1:05 pm
Delivered, In/At Mailbox
..............TX "
Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 1:05 pm on August 27, 2018 in,.................... TX
now i have an e request  done to resend the card  but the uscis page updated the card has been mailed to me. arrrrrgggggg.!! good news is that i have the card.

one thing i learnt is that once you get the tracking number you have the option to intercept and pick up the mail at the post office. hope this will help anyone that ends up in my situation . it was a long  2days. wish everyone waiting good luck. sorry for the long post.

Hi everyone,

I am a CSC filer,  and I checked my email today as I didn't  check it yesterday and I had 1 mail from USCIS and a priority mail. For my surprise it was the letter of approval and the Green Card !!! My status never changed, I just checked my status now and it is still saying: Case Was Received, which is really weird but anyway and I my GC which is what matters.

BTW I received my extension letter 3 days ago.

Good luck everyone !!!!

Congratulations......
