I am just wonder how they pick which cases they would transfer? I looked up the 10 cases around my wife's number and found that out of the 10 numbers 2 got transferred and the rest did not.

I believe it's random, not sure if they have an algorithm to pick the cases they would transfer !

Congratulations!! When did you file exactly and where did you get notice email or letter?

Thanks!

Thanks for bringing that up. I updated my message. I filed on Aug 8, 2017 and received the I-797 notice in mail.

Dear Friends,

I have a news I would like to share with you all. I am a CSC filer and filed my application on 05/08/2017. I received I-797 notice in mail today (08/17/2018) that reads...

Notice Date : 08/10/2018

"Congratulations! Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status have been approved. You are deemed to be a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States as of the date of your original admission or adjustment of status. You should receive a new Permanent Resident Card, Form I-551 (green card), within 60 days."

I checked my status on USCIS Case tracker app and also USCIS case status webpage. They still show that my case has been transferred to local office since March. So I guess many of you should expect this letter very soon and not rely completely on the USCIS app or webpage. Wish you guys all the best.

This forum has been a life savior. I will continue to be a part of this forum and answer any question/ share my experience with others.

Congratulations! :D

What was the first 5 digits following your WAC number?
