Good luck to the remaining CSC’s May filers...the light is getting brighter, almost at the end of the tunnel.

Good news fellas...woke up at 4 am this morning (that’s another story) and decided to check my email, when I saw a communication from DHS stating that action has been taken on my case. I went and checked my status and found that my card was in production...see attached.

My case number is WAC17223XXXXX. As you can see my status went from “Case Received At Local Office” to “Card In Production”. No RFE or “Case Transferred To Another Office”. I have not applied for N-400.

Wow! More and more May filers from CSC have good news! May I know when you filed it? My case number is WAC17229xxxxx, but I still didn't get any update yet. Thank you!

Mine is WAC17227. My case receipt date is May 11th. Looks like they have around 10,000 cases between each number group case , lets say from 1722300000 to 1722400000. Would that be possible? If yes, they are truly busy. However, from 17223 May 9th filers to 17227 for May 11th filers, sounds hard to believe that there are thousands of cases in the spam of 3 days.

The case numbers don’t follow a specific date order...Your receipt date is your reference.

Can someone help me out here?

If I want to call USCIS what would be the easiest way to get to a human being to speak with?

Thanks...

There are filers as early as Jan 2017 that have not gotten a decision so you have some waiting to do as a June filer.  You can call USCIS but it will be pointless.  One good tool I would encourage you to use is the Processing Times (feature) on this website and you will get a good idea of where the Service Centers are processing I-751s.

To talk to an agent over the phone, dial the USCIS number (800-375-5283)...when prompted, press 1 then 2 then 2 then 2. Make sure to wait about 1.5 seconds in between. This would only work Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm.

I hope this helps.

Thank you Jane, did you have the same notice on your DHS website? I was just worried that they sent me something important and I did not get it. But I guess your right. Makes more sense.

This happened to us as well.  You're not missing anything.  ;)
