You mean you tried it again few seconds ago and it auto populate Part 11? I just tried it but it still didn't auto populate that part.

I think the difference is that if you fill the form without downloading it as an actual stand-alone pdf file (filling it when opened with a browser), then it does not auto-populate it. But if you download the pdf file to your computer and launch the file by itself, the full features of the file gets activated and then you'll realize the auto-populate i talked about.

I am also into this stressful process of removing my conditions, Same sex marriage conditional green card, joint petition:

 

* 05/12/17  mailed all the documents

* 05/15/17  USCIS received the documents

* 05/18/17  USCIS Cashed check 

 

Waiting on NOA1, will keep you posted with other update on my case, I hope this goes smooth and get my approval ASAP with no interview.

Applied i-751 - Removal of condition on Greencard for wife and son on 2 May 2017

 

Received NOA1 (I-797) on 18 May 2017

 

Receipt Date: 8 May 2017

 

The I-797 Notice lists only my wife's name.  My son'sname, who is also on the application (I-751), is not listed.  He is going to be a summer student in UK.  He leaves for UK on 24 June.  His current greencard (conditional) expires on 3 August 2017).  He is scheduled to return on 5 August 2017.

 

Does he need to return on or before 3 August 2017?

I am not in the same situation with a child, but I would guess that he would have a problem coming back into the U.S. without the Extension Letter (NOA1) with him. Hopefully the extension letter (NOA1) will come for him before June 24th, which I would think it will since your wife's letter came in today.

5/3/17 (90 days until expiry): I-751 mailed (USPS Priority)

5/6/17: I-751 received at USCIS

5/16/17: USCIS cashed check

5/18/17: 2x copies of I-797 received, with different A#, Receipt#, Receipt times

 

Despite checking, turns out I made a typo on the I-751 form and provided the wrong A#. It was correctly stated on the cover letter and, of course, the front and back copy of my green card.

 

The first I-797 references this incorrect A# and has receipt time of 05:32. The second I-797 references the correct A# and has a receipt time of 05:40. I cannot believe I made this mistake! Will be calling them immediately tomorrow just to understand what steps I need to do to correct this, if any

* 05/15/17  package delivered AM

Hi everyone,

I woke up with a good news this morning, they already cashed my check and I was amazed because it was pretty quick given I sent my application to VSC.

 

5/10 - Sent Package

5/12 - VSC received

5/19 - Check cashed out.

 

Now I'm expecting a NOA next week. If I my suggest to everyone, please make sure to indicate which location you filed your application just for everyone information, specially if you dont have any information on your profile. This way, everyone should know when and what to expect for the next couple of days after submitting their application.

 

Hoping for everyone cooperation.

Are you able to see the cashed check image in your bank account ? I can only see the transaction "Vsc field office, chk#100" in my account and not the check image.

@wanderer84 I think you can only see the check image once the statement has been generated.

There is no check image as none was presented.  The transaction was completed as an ACH withdrawal.

Did anyone that has used USPS Money Order were able to check if their MO was already cashed without going to the post office and pay $7 for it? 

A few days ago i was able to get a hold of a customer service rep and helped me with my inquiry and told me that mg MO wasnt cashed out yet... so today i tried doung that again and was not successful at all... this is really getting me fraustrated 😡😡
