Exactly! It should be a uniform situation.  Everyone gets a one-year stamp, or no one does.  This bs individual circumstances is exceedingly unprofessional.  Not ok.

Yeah but what it matters is your NOA date not your filing date.

Same with me, some cases before and after my NOA date were approved first before I got my approval.
