I am May 2017 filer, CSC.

Went to local office today to get extension. I was told that my case is CLOSED due to not showing on interview in May. I never received notice in mail that I am scheduled for an interview. They took my expired green card and told me that I need to file FOIA request.

Can I reopen my case and how???

They didn't have an answer...

Did you get a notification of this interview online at least? How come did they schedule an interview so early while they're taking care of cases from 2017 still?

I submitted exactly what they asked for , green card (expired)  and marriage certificate.

Thank you for your answers!

My NOA is 05/310/2017, still haven't heard anything but decided to file N400.

In the Additional Evidence, do you upload photos? If you do, what's the best way to upload?

Anything additional I will take to the interview, I took jpeg of both my GC and mc and uploaded them, no problem.

So I got a status update from USCIS this morning saying that they received my information for the RFE and they started back working on my case

Because people always wait the last minute...including myself, instead making the purchase online themselves. :D

I'm "the last minute person" as well... pretty much :) The only reason I know about purchasing eTA online - I saw the msg "you might need a transit visa, traveling through Canada"  when i was booking my tickets. The link was provided.

If it was not like that, I would have been in line at the airport, trying to get eTA  :)

My I-751 NOA is 05/30/2017. Still pending.

Submitted my N-400 online yesterday. ($750, so expensive).

Went to InfoPass appointment yesterday and met a pretty mean officer. She insisted only giving me a stamp with half more year extension (which is 02/2018) , although I told her I have to travel in 09/2018 and also around 02/2019.

She also required me to show her my booked travel flights/hotels...

I asked her more about if N400 and I-751 will be conflicted and she just said wait for your mails and everything you need to know would be there...

Also asked her the 6-month period to renew driving licence and she said it's not her business..

Hi.... Have you already been at the Post Office?... Do hope everything worked out well and daughter's green card got pick up..

So, we have had a nightmare with this.  USCIS did not put a street address on her package - WT?  So it got got to our distribution center but they would not deliver to my local post office and could only send it back to the sender.  So, we have had numerous calls to USCIS.  They finally updated the address.  Then they had to wait to receive it back.  They now have it back and have reissued it.  I am back to waiting to see if it actually gets to us this time.

lol. That's funny!

So my suggestion for who is going to Info Pass: bring the travel itinerary as you can for safe.
